Personal training can be an essential support for someone with a mental illness, and a cost-effective way to improve their health and wellbeing.
NDIS REFERRALS
Heads Up currently accepts plan-managed and self-managed participants. We look forward to assisting NDIS participants with the following supports:
· Group or individual exercise physiology
· Group or individual dietitian consultations
· Personal training – also available in small groups
· Yoga for mental health classes
· Social sports programs such as tennis and basketball
· Occupational therapy
