NDIS Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiology is all about using movement and exercise to improve your physical and mental capabilities.

NDIS Dietetics

Dietitians are university-trained health professionals who can give expert advice about food and nutrition, at all stages of life. 

NDIS Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists use a combination of therapies, assistive technology and home modifications to help improve independence and quality of life. 

NDIS Personal Training

Personal training can be an essential support for someone with a mental illness, and a cost-effective way to improve their health and wellbeing.

NDIS REFERRALS

Heads Up currently accepts plan-managed and self-managed participants. We look forward to assisting NDIS participants with the following supports:

·       Group or individual exercise physiology

·       Group or individual dietitian consultations

·       Personal training – also available in small groups

·       Yoga for mental health classes

·       Social sports programs such as tennis and basketball 

·       Occupational therapy
